Students can now submit your Advisor Agreement, Thesis Proposal, and so via this system, once received, our officer will email notifications and process your application. You can always log in to the system and track your application process. When oral defense date and details are confirmed, simply fill in the info in the system and you can download the oral defense documents by yourself.
But please understand that this is a new system, and should there be any bug, please directly report to Christy Chiu at christychiu@ntu.edu.tw. Thank you and happy graduation in advance to all graduates!
